Spent 3 days torching up twisted boat docks in the river so you could get insurance on your rental property. Spent all day exploring the old American Bridge Headquarters before they tore it down. We bought the entire steel mezzanine and all of the pallet racking out of the old Hills Department Store completely as a spur of the moment decision seconds before the auctioneer dropped the hammer. You gave me the porcelain Goodyear sign that we found buried under your porch. We removed a steam engine from the PA Coil buildings basement one piece at a time in the bitter cold. When one of us got in over our head we knew who to call, and we had a shitload of fun doing it. I’ve lost a lot of friends over the years and this hurts more than all of them combined. Goddamn I wish it was different and you were still here. I hope you’re free from the pain now. I love you man. You were one of the best!
